Steve Webster Msc

Club Manager & Senior Personal Trainer

Steve has been in the industry for over 20 years in many forms and is currently the Club Manager and most Senior Personal Trainer.

Likes: Loves being able to keep the youngsters in the team at bay by showing that age is but a number (38 next year!!)Mixed Martial Arts, Rugby and his 2 daughters
Hates: Dancing, Marmite and sprouts

What you will see Steve doing the most: Alsorts of wierd and wonderful things in the FUNctional Zone beasting himself, his clients and anyone prepared to try out something new!

Steves focus for 2013 is getting great results with his Body Transformation Clients and having recently done the Crossfit Level 1 course, is looking to introduce Crossfit into The Gym later in the year.

Kelly Green

Personal Trainer

Kelly has been with us for over two years now and has to put up with all the boys in the team! She has recently passed her level 3 Personal Trainer course and is a busily building a reputation for delivering quality and thoroughly enjoyable PT sessions that deliver results.

Jake Jones

Fitness Instructor

Jake is our newest member of the team, having joined us from Fitness4less in Bristol. Jake is a local lad who undertaking his level 3 Personal trainer Course having recently passed his level 2 Fitness Instructor certificate.

Nickname 'Baby' Jake due to his boyish features and charm!
Likes; Boxing, Functional Fitness & circuits
Dislikes; Fasion disasters in the gym i.e. Pink socks and espadrilles together!!! No No No!
What he will be seen doing mostly in the gym; smahing the bag up in the functional zone!
Favourite saying; Go Hard or go home!

Ian Davey

Owner and Fitness Instructor

Ian understands his main role at the gym is to the pay the bills and to deal with all the boring business stuff, however he much prefers to be out on the gym floor meeting and greeting the members. He has been in and around gyms since 1987 (sadly with a huge gap whilst working in London).

Likes- Cycling, running, walking, eating and drinking in the Purbeck Hills near his home. Not always at the same time.

Dislikes- Accountancy and Stag and Hen parties coming to Bournemouth
