Steves focus for 2013/2014 is to continue getting great results Clients and to launch Crossfit at the Gym in early 2014.

Kelly has been working at The Gym UK over 3 years now and is currently the Assistant Manager. Previously Kelly graduated with a sports science degree from Hartpury College/UWE.
Likes: When I have time I like to play& Coach Hockey. I love spending time with my friends& family, and keeping my self active playing sports, running and I also enjoy various sports such watching rugby, football, formula 1. Music
What you will see Kelly doing the most: I am a lover of the kettlebell you will always see me in the functional zone working up a sweat or on the treadmill in the zone.
Kelly’s focus for 2013 is to provide the best possible training to all her clients, tailoring programs along with a well balanced diet plans and with specific fitness training and goals set to achieve lifestyle changes. Currently working on improving the class timetable at the gym.

Jake is a local lad who recently completed his level 3 Personal Trainer Course and successfully negotiated his Crossfit Level 1 trainer course!! He, along with the rest of the team has a busy few months ahead with Courses in Olympic Weight Lifting, trigger Point Therapy, Bulgarian Bag and Dynamax Coaching!!
Nickname 'Baby' Jake due to his boyish features and charm!
Likes; Boxing, Functional Fitness & circuits
Dislikes; Fasion disasters in the gym i.e. Pink socks and espadrilles together!!! No No No!
What he will be seen doing mostly in the gym; smashing the bag up in the functional zone! (unless he has broken his glass thjumb again)

Rose Dursley Personal Trainer
Having recently qualifed as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, this is Rose's first position as a fully fledged PT. With her she brings bags on enthuisiasm, freshly gained knowledge and determination to put you through your paces in search of your goals.She is also Vipr and Kettlebell Instructor qualified.
Likes: Hands on training, circuits and getting the most out of people.
Hates: Bad gym form, moaning and bananas.
What you will see Rose doing the most: Challenging her clients to achieve their targets and pushing people participating in classes to their limits.
Rose’s focus for 2013 is to gain additional CPD courses in pre/post natal training and underground training and to begin with her Diploma in Exercise Referral.

Ian understands his main role at the gym is to the pay the bills and to deal with all the boring business stuff, however he much prefers to be out on the gym floor meeting and greeting the members. He has been in and around gyms since 1987 (sadly with a huge gap whilst working in London).
Likes- Cycling, running, walking, eating and drinking in the Purbeck Hills near his home. Not always at the same time.
Dislikes- Accountancy and Stag and Hen parties coming to Bournemouth

Mark joined us a couple of months ago after patiently waiting for his
first opportunity to secure a position as a Personal Trainer. Mark is
full of enthusiasm, knowledge and banter (well he tries) so book a
session with Mark and get involved in his PT sessions.
Likes: Movies and spending time with his family
